Ingredients
  • 1/4cup buttermelted
  • 1cup greek yogurtor buttermilk
  • 1 egg
  • 3 bananasmashed
  • 1 egg
  • 1tsp vanilla
  • 1/4cup chia seeds
  • 3/4cup oatmeal
  • 1 1/4cup flour
  • 1 1/2tsp baking powder
  • 1/2teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4teaspoon salt
  • 1/2cup chocolate chips
Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375 degrees and either grease your muffin tins or use paper muffins.
  2. Put all the wet ingredients into a mixing bowl and mix until smooth.This also includes the bananas
  3. Then add all the dry ingredients and fold wet and dry ingredients until everything is just together. No more dry flour anywhere.
  4. Fill muffins tins ¾ way full
  5. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until your toothpick comes out clean.
